We know you’re excited to receive your Stay Well Australia order, and we’re committed to getting it to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
Order Cut Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 pm will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 pm will begin processing the following business day.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. During public holidays and peak periods, processing times may extend slightly.
Tracking Information
Tracking is always provided. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery Time
Average delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, Monday to Friday. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier network conditions.
Shipping Costs
We offer Free Delivery on all orders across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. No minimum spend is required unless otherwise stated.
Warehouse & Fulfilment
All products are stored and shipped from one of our trusted international warehouse partners based on stock availability and demand. This allows us to maintain consistent stock levels and reliable fulfilment across the regions we serve.
Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will confirm cancellation. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate the delay with the courier. If your order is confirmed as lost in transit or significantly delayed beyond 15 business days, we will offer either a replacement shipment at no extra cost or a full refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the issue and a short description. Our team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
